\r\n \r\n Curriculum Design<\/span>\r\n <\/h3>\r\n \r\n
\r\n Adhering to the \"student-oriented\" school policy of Sik Sik Yuen, Our school curriculum is designed based on EDB\u2019s \"Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide\"(2017) with reference to children's ability, interest and needs. \r\n \r\n Teaching Approach<\/span>\r\n <\/h3>\r\n \r\n
\r\n A diversified and children-oriented spiral-theme based teaching approach is adopted. We provide exploratory activities, arts-integrated activities and free play to enhance children's learning interest. Children are encouraged to observe and explore the surroundings, so as to inspire their thinking and strengthen their self-directed learning ability. Furthermore, to promote children\u2019s biliteracy and trilingual development., we also provide a language-rich environment for children to gain preliminary exposure to Cantonese, English and Putonghua through songs, stories, contextual learning and games. In order to allow children to experience Chinese culture, we design a wide variety of interesting activities to cultivate children's interest in Chinese literature, martial arts, art and traditional food culture from an early age. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
